Walter van der Cruijsen artsonline

Since this year, I was asked to consult the Arts Council of England, more specifically do research and write documentation and contributions to discussions. On subject is Artsonline, a portal which presents net based art works and serves news and information about online arts in the United Kingdom. I was asked by the Arts Council of England to discuss with them features, solutions and strategy, which helps the site te become both a platform for artists and art organisations, and a moderator and publisher of artistic content.
