Network Initiative for International Cultural Collaboration

These documents map media organisations in local communities, describing a network infrastructure for artistic and cultural bodies. The documents identify areas of interests and the possibilities of organisations to share resources. For this reason, a InternationalCulturalAgreement is planned.
