PLAN: - to build a web that would:

• provide invironment for introduction into the new media culture in general (few intro txts and directory of external links)
• provide invironment for discusion on the subjects, before, during and after the event(with somekind of bulletin board system)
• maintain the data updated and interlinked as a knowledgbase (by using either Wiki or Everything2)
