Hi Zeljko,

a simple approach would be to use the vmware pc simulation enviroment 
for 
linux. We used this approach to run Windows 2000 within a simulated pc 
environment on xbox linux.
Linux itself has bee ported to run natively on the xbox. Feel free to 
have a 
look at the sources of xbeboot and cromwell to see how this was 
accomplished 
(find the sources in the CVS on our sourceforge project page).
