of course i am interested in being invovled, and i think maybe i said already that it is good to build on the experience of riga, while also adding in some new elements.
Cathy is very professional and knows a lot a bout european union and generally how instituions work.
Make sure also to remember Rasa herself.
I am most interested in how media culture initiatives with funding can work together with existing initiatives, in a way that provides mutual support and facilitation, and moves away from the tendency of institutions to be self-serving, trying to take ownership over grass-roots iniatives to boost their own credibility but without supporting them in ways that those initiatives find most useful.
though i know well that these issues are different in different cultures/economies....
