I have worked extensively with Zeljko since the founding of Multimedia Institute in 1999 until today. Together we organized several big international and local events in the field on net/media culture (spanning from digital Arts to non-profit ICT and policy work). In his 5 years of engagement as executive board member and program coordinator in net culture club MaMa he was driving force for many of intesectorial and interdisciplinary projects.
With joined effort we engaged in first major long-term project with ECF - KulturaNOVA in which we established most of the fundamentals for today's significantly enlarged Multimedia Institute. We passed through training programs, develop ted policy documents, wrote applications for different founders and most importantly established extensive networks (locally and internationally) of partners in both expert field of net media culture/media activism as well as in cultural policy and management.
With his artistic background (he is still active as an artist and curator), experience of cultural production/networking and extensive knowledge information technologies I think he is perfect addition to the team that is being organized at the LAB.
