1. if i come, after 11th - Raitis Smits, media artist could come with me (my partner, we 3 - me, him and jaanis - are founders of e-lab and rixc, internet radio ozone, xchange and now working on "acoustic.space.re-search lab" project, which is follow-up of the event in former soviet army radiotelescope last summer - see the website: http://acoustic.space.re-lab.net i could make a presentations on our projects - RIXC (we are seting up new place, and organised international architeckts meeting in riga), NICE (as networking model and partnership), Acoustic.space.re-search.lab - on sound art, radio and satellite technologies, artistic explorations and civilian use of former military objects, etc. 2.
