RIXC is a cultural NGO based out of Riga Latvia who've organized numerous new media festivals the last of which, media architecture dealt with ideas of augmented, hybrid spaces and features the likes of Brian Holmes, Lev Manovitch, Eric Kluitenberg, etc. Currently theu ate hosting a workshop on 'locative media'. www.rixc.lv
