▪ Capacity-building for civil society organisations active in the field of human rights and democracy; ▪ Advocacy and lobbying for law and administrative reform; ▪ Public media and information awareness campaigns; ▪ Transfer of know-how and familiarisation with the EU best practices; ▪ Creation of NGO networks which promote civic education and associated topics; ▪ Publications of manuals, leaflets, best practices; ▪ Surveys and researches. The following minimum and maximum amounts apply to the grants for the individual projects, which may be financed under the programme: • minimum amount : € 40,000 • maximum amount : € 125,000 Moreover, a grant may not exceed 80 % of the total eligible project costs (see also 2.1.4. below). The balance must be financed from the applicant’s or partners’ own resources, or from sources other than the European Community budget.
