Quorum is regional meeting for networkers and cultural/art managers who are working in the field of new media and wanna present their projects to the others in region for the sake of finding partners, merging common interests in joint projects, distributing information and openning resources... Quorum is project based and all particapants are presenting their projects and programs which are relevant for the region or even globaly. Cultural managers, networkers and producers should use this occasion for exchanging info on current activities, present projects and do short workshops, while establish new contacts.
