This workshop will deal with particular impact of new media & information technologies on the cultural production in NGOs from perspectives of both exclusivly digital production and use of technologies as tools in practical aplicative manner on daily basis (presentation, archiving of work and processing information).

GOALS: - two get an overview of different models of working in this field (size, sustainability, institution) by comparing different approaches
- V2 - sustainable institution (growth process)
- F0AM - distributed network production (desimination process)
- to develop possible strategies of increasing effincy in work with digital media and digitaised information on daily basis
- to produce a framework for future webmanagment of the Kultura Nova program
PLAN:
- day (focused on core-participants)
- introduction and general overview of the field
- possible development strategies (based on strategic plan)
- day (focused on both core-participants and invited-participants)
- dealing with issues of sustainability, efficiency, public presentation,political lobbying in cultural sector
- practical deployment of web technologies
- day (focused on invited-participants with regional perspective)
- work with individual NGOs whose work is focused on new media culture on issues of long term planning, network practices, funding strategies...
