If we are to do it this month (I can not do it in May or June) than it should be 19-23 with INtro lecture on 16th and maybe presentation of Julian Oliver on 17th.

For this we need:

to check if lecturers are free at that time {I can do this in next 2 days if other things are more less OK}
to get PC computers in SplitConnect and find out about configuartion (Siemens or borrow from Clubture network through ROMB - if possible)

to check if students of UMAS can attend this {for this you should contact Vlado, I would contact Dan & Petric}
to organise accomodation (Julian and 2 Slovenians can use SplitConnect, I could ask my cousins or Miranda from Platforma 9.81) {I guess you should than try to find cheap accomodation for 5 days or organise some room in SplitConnect}
to advertise it with flyers {Will try to ask Buba for this}
to try getting cable access? (maybe not so important) {can you ask Toni to check this}

Funding:

travell + per-diems + preparation fee payed by a.network {I can do this in advance}
flyers (try to get it covered through Herbariji program of ROMB)? {Buba should organise this}
