i though zeljko was writing to me alone about updating info here, so i went berserk and created the following writeup although there probably was enough on here already :) :
primary source of information and visuals generated during my travel is huetopic.net
Although I have been hacking for years now, my work never got much publicity. Not that it needs so, i'm primarily doing it all for the fun of it, but it changed suddenly when during my studies of media design i did some installation work using video cameras to trigger sound. after an experimental dance performance with isabelle i got totally hooked. you might find some background on this here and see pictures here i definitel enjoy this kind of stuff, because having such an installation running is alwas a good cause for interesting conversation.
most friends just call me dan, so you might, too. I'll be travelling croatia in July, for reasons of relaxation and free work on such issues. maybe we meet?
:::rough preliminary travel plan:::
move to zagreb near end of june. hang around at mama a bit, give presentation of existing stuff to coders (and maybe performers), maybe start coding freely. try to find a final aim for the "camp" (currently looks like either a performance, or a vjing product). move to the coast a few days or a week later, start coding, have holiday, teach you some c++. for maybe a week or two. move back to zagreb, preparing some kind of public performance, either with dancers/actors or vjs.
