Have you noticed all the fragments of audiotape flapping in the wind? When you start to see it youÕll find tape all over the city. Magnetic Migration Music collects and samples the sounds from these tapes.
Participate!
1. Look out for strands of audiotape on street furniture, trees, fences etc. are good places to look (sunny windy days are best)
2. Collect the tape
3. Note when and where you found the tape
4. Post it to MMM c/o Idea Store and include your name if you would like to be credited
This is an ongoing project. All contributed fragments will be included in the project and available from the website. If your found tape is received by July 15th it will be included in the special event at the Mile End Festival on July 19.
